Dr. Ankur Pare, the famous sociologist of India has participated as a chief speaker at International and National Conferences and Symposiums. As a chief speaker he focused on various issues like tension in old age and family collaboration, depression in old age: mental problem, intergenerational conflict, positive and negative impact of modern technology etc.
He participated at International and National seminars and presented many seminar papers on sustainable development, displacement, role of dalits women in political parties, women and education, tribal unrest, rural community development, food security, criminalization of politics, democracy, good governance, morality and values, feminism, disaster management, Problems of leadership crisis, Caste, Religion and Politics etc.
He did remarkable work on Industry and Society, Gender and Society, Liberalization and Indian Agriculture, Government and Pressure Groups, Political Party, Social Media and Society, Globalization and Indian Society, Modernism and Religion, Economic, Social and Cultural Terrorism, Problems of Deprived Classes, Casteism and Emergence of New Classes, Problems of farmers, Suicide of farmers and Peasant Movement etc.
He participated in International and national level workshop on social research, leadership development, AIDS/HIV Mitra pravodhak workshop, parliamentary system and process.
Dr. Ankur Pare organizes workshops on Recent Trends and Research Methodology, Digital Qualitative Methods, Online Interviews and Focus Groups, PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) etc.
He organizes Leadership skill development workshop. Leader should have multifaceted leadership ability to lead effectively to bring a positive change. He focuses on developing effective leadership skills, build collaboration and team work, real time strategy, effective communication skill, enhancing management skills etc.
Dr. Ankur Pare organizes Spiritual Personality Development Workshop in which he focuses on spiritual ways for the development of inner personality through which the person can awaken the soul through meditation. He elucidates that spiritualism act as a stress buster in life. It brings positive change in our life and the people become optimistic, calmer and live a peaceful life. It makes the person polite and generous. Spiritual Personality Development Workshop helps in leaving bad habits and galvanizes good habits. It encourages people to be a better person etc.
